Netcom provides services that include the installation of phone systems, voice, data, and fiber optic cabling.

Netcom is concerned with you, the customer. We will do our best to meet your needs in product support and service. If you have questions concerning the operation of the equipment you purchased from our company, please contact Keith Bradshaw at 903-565-6745. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. To 5:00 p.m. CST. In case of emergency service needed, contact Keith Bradshaw at 903-570-9249 24 hours 7 days a week. If  the product you purchased is under warranty by the manufacturer and is needing servicing, contact us at 903-565-6745 and we will give you the information you will  need.

STATEMENT OF GUARANTEE

Netcom will make available equivalent replacement parts for a product sold to the state for at least 3 years after a product is discontinued.
